One of my personal favourites. Best voxelballs and twisters ever.

"Minimalistic" tech sound is way ahead of it's time, I would
drop this track on the decks even today.

comment by Azure on 04 March 2004

This demo was way ahead of its time, unfortunately also in its demand for CPU power. I believe it had the first voxeltwister ever.

comment by ToAks on 23 May 2004

this demo is awesome if u turn off the music! :-)

its amazing to see all thoose damn good effects but its also amazing to check out the VERY poor sound in it.....GRRRRRRRRRR!

The music rules...and to reflect that I changed my vote to 5/5..:P

Indeed, You are right Azure. I was going to my friend's home to see that masterpiece on better hardware (also Logic released on same party) and the twister rockz till now.

Those Parallax guys sure knew their bits'n'bytes. This is very well coded, also taking into consideration when it was released. I really have a thing for demos like these. They may not have the best design, but I like the refreshing effect ideas, and I like that it appears that a lot of thinking effort has been put into creating those effects.

Great demo. Did anyone notice a hidden "easter egg" on the picture with the octopus? :-)

Classic.. Nice effects, little design. But since I'm a coder I give it a 5.

My first Demo wich I have seen 1995 on a 060. After that I never feeled like watching Demos again on slower miggys. This Demo was truly before it`S time. The soundtrack is a blast.

hard to believe it's from 95. everything in it is really well made and way ahead of it's time.
