As I promised recently in the DATASTORM 2013 thread, here is some example code on how to make a bootblock.

The example includes some wrapper code which (sort of) simulates the environment that a bootblock runs in and restores the system state after the bootblock exits. This should make it convenient to test the bootblock without writing it to disk and booting it every time.

I have tried to make the example framework useful for both OCS and "modern" Amigas.

Post any questions and comments in this thread.

Now go and make a bootblock for DATASTORM. You know you want to! ;)
