Just a small heads up about Assembly Summer 2015

To celebrate 30 years of Amiga, the oldschool democompo at Assembly will be a dedicated Amiga democompo. All 68k Amigas from A500 to A1200/060 are accepted in the compo. Some more info here. We will release a proper invitation with more info later.

Assembly Summer 2015 will be held in Helsinki, Finland 30.7-2.8.2015.

Out of curiousity, and still just hypotetically;

Will the Viper 060, if ever released fully, be of intrest to the demoscene coders and parties.
Or is it not intresting for the same reason why people still code on the c64, its more intresting to create with rather "harsh" limitations imposed by the original hardware specs...?

What Viper 060? In case you're talking about the FPGA-accelerator, it's hard to say. At least for me it's not interesting, and I will not support it.

Not really wanting to derail the original thread but: no, I wouldn't be interested in picking up something like that. :)

What I *might* do though is to break out a proper amiga and try to do something for assembly. :)
