Good luck with the party. Are remote entries permitted. Not sure I can finish something in time though, but it would be nice to know....

@tFt, I don't know what other parties you're talking about but anyway... We first went for the weekend 28-30 october but the venue was already booked that weekend. And to be honest I don't think it matters if it's the same weekend or two weekends following each other as most people won't visit two demoparties that close in time to each other anyway. And the most important stuff when organizing a party is that the people who are involved in the oraganizing are availible and that you've got some suitable partyplace availible... Collisions with other parties are less important than that (duh) and I don't think we're "stealing" visitiors from KG either. Maybe we're loosing some potential visitors (Blueberry could have been one...) and that's ofcourse not our intention.

Fair enuff :)

The other parties I can think of lately is LCP same time as Assembly. And during Revision and TG there were 2 small C64/Amiga parties in Sweden. Syntax was one of them I think. And the other one was more of a C64 meeting perhaps, if I remember correctly.
Nothing wrong with it I guess, its just sutch a waste as each party could've had more visitors if arranged seperate. I especially hate it when there are parties at the same time, and really close to each other one month, and then theres NO party for 2-3 months after that. Like why arrange all the fun at the same time, spread it out.
Same goes for concerts and stuff too, "everyone" in my town are arranging concerts with cool bands the same weekend, and then nothing happenes for weeks after that...AAARRRRGGHHH!!! ;)

Yeah ofcourse the LCP/Assembly collision, I should have thought about that one... :) Dunno but I guess it's the same thing there i.e. as long as the date works for the organizers the collision is just bad luck...

@Corial, yes, you're welcome to submit entries by email. It's very appreciated! But as you're working on something for trsac I'd be amazed if you managed to finish another prod in time for grep. :)

Things are progressing now, and the dentro will surely be finished. I have linked most stuff now, and version 0.01 should be ready this week. Anyone else thinking of supporting GREP with a little something?

Oh, the project is still very much alive. Malmix has delivered fine gfx and hopefully I will finish the project on TRSAC or right after. We just need to have Bstrr make some delicious music now - poor man :-)

It just needs some more stack space, I gave it 20K and it ran fine. Really nice looking demo!

Well... there's always little bits of my code floating around and things in the pipeline :D

I just finished a trainer menu for the guys over at flashtro for one of their new crack releases.

I'm gonna do the code for Resistance for a slideshow release they're planning.

I'll possibly be doing a collaboration with h0ffman / Unstable Label for a future release.

I have a completed unreleased music menu selector type thing full of h0ffman's tunes stashed away that might see the light of day at some point.

Also I have a few unreleased effects that I've made - nothing too earth shattering - but maybe enough to put into a little demo.

Basically watch this space - there'll be something from me soon :)

Finally got round to tidying and releasing this one yesterday evening.

Ah, it's nothing too special in terms of what I did at all for it but h0ffman's tunes are really nice and it was made so that people had a chance to listen to some of the best ones all in one place.

Hope you enjoy it! :)

Now that's my kind of musicdisk. Good simple interface and a bunch of nice tracks. I will have to get Ian make an tune for me for my next project!

As mentioned in my post above, I'd finished a trainer menu for the guys over at flashtro.com - it was delayed for a few minor technical reasons but it's now seen the light of day as well:

http://www.pouet.net/prod.php?which=58175

yes, only a boring trainer menu, but well... I figured a release is a release :D

I don't think there'll be any more code churned out from me until 2012 so while I'm typing, let me wish all you guys a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! :)
