One of my favorite >64k demos.

The best intro Nature did, better than Zeon and Grid2 (which are also great). I really like the idea of flying through huge tunnels and it is a very nice way to connect the effects together. I love the wireframe stuff and the colors used on the objects. And the music is just awesome!

A very impressive intro packed with atmopshere!

hehe...z5: "better than zeon and grid2"...isn't this grid2? ;)
anyway really great intro, mixing different scenes and 3d-models to an onecutscene. the beginning of the intro is great, where the music switches a bit and gets louder.. :)

The best looking intro that nature has done to date. I also liked this one better than Zeon because it has a more uniform style throughout. Zeon rules a bit extra on the technical side though.

and of course, on the tunnel screen shot (with texture on the wall and credit) they put the camera pretty far out to the left side.. If I try that with my raycaster the tunnel collapses and become a mess.. grr :(

Love this style!!! Love flatshaded lightsourced morphing objects , love tranparencies, love those colours, love those tunnels, love it all!!! :)))

comment by skan on 09 February 2004

don't love the intro part with those silly letters flying around

3rd and last comment: just installed MuReDoX, faaast precalc, but the sound is garbled... maybe Oxypatcher would do better? With no patch at all, it takes a lifetime to load, but the audio is ok! :(

Nice. I like it, especially the music.

@Skan
There is a "final" version recently(?) on aminet, which fixes the sound issues. Also sound is working in WinUAE now.

Time to upgrade my vote to 5/5. A truly wonderful and timeless intro (note to myself: needs more screenshots).

comment by corial on 03 February 2009

I agree. I also consider this as one of the best 64k's made on the Amiga.
