This one is great - great story and music/soundfx. One of my alltime favourites.

comment by Temal on 13 June 2002

This demo is one of the best I have ever seen! The story is great and all
effects are used in a way to really stick to the story and tell it. Great!!!

comment by z5 on 17 June 2002

Actually, this hasn't impressed me as much as other people. But then again, i'm not really into 3D story demos. Well done and a big achievement on Amiga, but nothing that keeps me coming back to this demo. The wipe effect with the sand is brilliant though.

comment by Berga on 19 July 2002

Wow! '98 was really a good year for Amiga demoscene, and this one, together with Rise/MC, is sure one of the best! Good story, good music, fantastic graphics (you difficultly can see some of this quality even on newer demos), for surely one of the best demo EVER!
Buy some chips and some drink, pump up the volume and turn off the lights...the movie is about to start!

comment by dairos on 11 September 2002

Oh my god! One of the best demos ever on any platform!

I was fortunate enough to see this demo at Assembly on the bigscreen. It was totally mindblowing, and the crowd loved it (esp the earth demolition scene.. that plain rocks!). One of my all time favorites, with awesome soundtrack by Ganja.

comment by ijs on 07 October 2003

In 'Amiga 3D-demo terms', this was definately groundbreaking at the time. It looked (and still looks!) sooo good on a 060 and has a great and well-matched soundtrack.

Unfortunately, I was a little dissapointed when seeing it the first time, I guess 'Pulse' had raised my expectations (of the Amiga?) a bit too high and in retrospect I find Pulse the better demo, so that's why a 4/5, but only just, more like a 4.5/5 in my mind.

comment by ToAks on 22 December 2003

this is the best demo ever made if u ask me, from the first second to the last...PURE JOY! , watch it with alot of sound and the bigger screen the better.

shame they left after this one.

THIS IS MY TOP 1 DEMO EVER!!

comment by Gargaj on 09 January 2004

Great storyline and visuals, but the music let me down a bit. I expected more than just a bunch of loops.

comment by Ralph Wiggum on 24 January 2004

My alltime favourite demo on the Amiga !

comment by skan on 23 February 2004

Another 3D-techdemo, and a really cool one! :)

Poll: who's the best among...

a) Lapsuus
b) Rise
c) Dose
d) Relic
e) Loonies stuff... ;)

comment by jPV on 19 April 2004

d) This one is just PERFECT! I watched it every day for long time after it was released :) It's still cool and have to watch it every time when I get my Amiga hooked to bigscreen :)

comment by zONE^NvX on 11 June 2004
