OK guys, after talking to some of the members, we have decided to release the full sourcecode + datafiles + related stuff we had for synthesis. The file weights at 150 megs unpacked, and has at least:

- full sourcecode for all user effects

- some sourcecodes for unused effects or previous versions of some effects

- original datafiles for the music and graphics

- iff2raw-converted datafiles for graphics

- tp61 sourcecode as used in the demo

- final a4000 fixed release

regarding the a4000 fix, it was done by wasi some years ago but i don't recall being officially released, so if any of you manages to run the fixed demo on an a4000/060 machine, please tell so that the release is official ok?

Oh yes almost forgot: the file ;)

Thanks Winden :) Synthesis is one of my fav. AGA demos, often play it even today. I'm downloading the file now. Really want to view those cool "water effect" sources and pixel morphing.

thanks again

heh no prob klipper :)

if you want to check out a single effect, i recall there are 2 copies of each effect, one unpacked in the main directory for being built into the demo and another copy packed in lha which is standalone. i used to send the standalone to wasi and then he hacked it so that it fit into the demosystem, since he was the one who linked the demo together.
