It seems the Amiga scene isn't dead yet. On the contrary, it seems that some ex Amiga groups and sceners are finding their way back to the Amiga.
With ada, i'm at a point where i have the choice: bring back some activity to the site or shut it down. There isn't much point in continuing in the same way as the last couple of years.
The main problem is the lack of www development that is needed to continue the site. So i'm wondering if there is any www developer out there who would want to work on the site. Preferably someone with a lot of www dev experience and with some time and motivation. Co-operation between multiple devs/current developer might be even better.
At this point, i'm only trying to see if there is any interest in this. Drop me a note (for those who are not registered here, email to be found at ada info page) or write in this topic.

First and last bump:
Anyone out there interested in helping out with the (much) needed www development of this site?

Yes.
www dev experience: not a lot. time: not at this side of easter (for obvious reasons), but after that I can find some. motivation: loads.
I would hate to see our little community site here go away, and if I have to get more into www dev to do something about it, so be it.

Second on Blueberry's post with the exception that I make a living from "www dev". Motivation and development process depends of course how the inside of the system looks, if it needs a complete overhaul a.s.o. Time is scarce as well before Easter ;)

Really appreciate it Blueberry and D0dge! At this point, it may not be necessary since there is a 3rd volunteer. So fingers crossed things will move forward from here on :)

Good to hear that you found help ;)
I have recently been pondering whether to learn PHP or not. Today I noticed that this forum/site is made using PHP, so I think I will make time (among other projects) to learn PHP (I have plenty of space on my own website to play with).
