@baderman, yeah.. the datablade motioncapture man is really cool too, but I heard that the andromeda stuff is pure calculation of physics and such which makes it even more awesome.. WOuld be cool to get some info from zig on how he did that character in datablade though.. Is it a skinned mesh or is it the mesh as a whole featuring simple tweening?

another motion capture (and the first) worth checking out is the one in Authentik by Skarla. Absolutely wicked looking stuff!

This is THE BEST DEMO ever made. I also remember watching this one, when I first bought my a1200 (which is till alive and kicking only faster though ;o)) and I thought it was great. Now years later I am just loving this demo, it is truly amazing and the opening Nebular has NEVER been bested on any machine yet. This demo REALLY IS ART.

I can perfectly remember when I was standing together with Fishwave in the crowd of people maybe 20 metres away from the bigscreen at TP. We saw the announcement of this demo and were totally excited. (like the most other people were) When this demo was over, everybody was clapping his hands. Just thought that it could not become better now and I was right to think so.

Wow, the innovative and well-executed effects!! I sat just in front of the bigscreen at TP 94 and watched this masterpiece in disbelieve. They accomplished not only creating a perfect design, but also made so many how-the-hell-do-they-do-that effects. A true classic, no doubt!
