Beautiful demo...I'm not keen about all of the music, but without a doubt
this is truly some fantastic art.

This is yet another example of what TINT made to the scene, this demo could have been so good but failed due to it looks unfinished in several places.

But its a true classic and has mixed alot of talented people's work into one big project (yes like TINT :P) .

A MUST SEE for all and btw it DIDNT deserve 3rd place, it was the best amiga demo at ASM that year for sure..

(iirc the showing of this demo went totally wrong + it was shown on INTEL OUTSIDE some weeks before, thats why it got 3rd place on asm imho)

The musics, graphics and effects are all really great but...
With some nice design to connect all the parts I would have given 5/5 for sure.

network: no limits!!! I love the endscroller ;PPPPPPP respects my friends :)

I love this demo, it include some very fast code (on 030/50) and some nice design, it's not fresh design in any way but still very good. It doesn't work on a4000 which is a shame.

I've actually read the whole endscroller, quite some work actually =)

Can't really describe why but i just love this demo. It is what a modern megademo should look like and you can just feel the passion and love Network have put into this demo. Love the music and most of the effects are just great. Features beautiful pictures by a truckload of talented graphicians, the wipes on the pictures are so well done and it features the best tunnel i have ever seen (with IRIS abecedarian being the 2nd best) in part 2. The only negative thing i can think of are the 2 3D scenes. Other than that, a wonderful modern megademo.

Yes it's a nice megademo but i 'm glad that Relic won at Assembly, not this one. Lot of effects, but really cheap dance music in second part or these revolting 3d scenes forbid me to describe it as "really goood" or "classic" production. Additionally i saw it on my amiga (apollo 040/40) maybe 3 or 4 times only because it really often freezes at (excellent!) introduction/credits part. :(

@Toaks

Intel Outside 98 held place AFTER Assembly. I was at IO98 and i remember this party well because "Relic" was shown few times and that was the first time i saw this NVX demo on the bigscreen (amongst other good demos like "Jesus was a demomaker" etc.).

I really like the goodlooking and fast effects in this demo, well done!

Nice code, but the music ruins it.

one of those demos that will remain on your HD for frequent viewage! My country actually replaced the water in our water system with whisky after this was released. ;-) Great prod.

Excellent !

Still one of my favourite demos of all time. The amount of content (effects, graphics, music) and the way everything was executed to almost perfection is just amazing. Great little details too like the different picture wipes. Winden must have spent a lot of time on this demo. He was a great coder.

The morphing tunnel in the 2nd part still gives me goose bumps everytime i watch. Probably my fav tunnel though a lot of other demos have great tunnels aswell. It just looked so smooth.

I would have voted this first at the competition. Though i can see why Relic impressed more on a big screen.

Thank to ADA, I just found this brilliant demo, I played it twice on youtube, but at home I must see it on my Amiga ;o)

comment by z5 on 10 May 2011

Nice :) I hope you enjoy watching it on your Amiga. I still love this demo.

This demo was recommended to me by YouTube:-

I've watched it about 10 times since absolutely love it. Cool track and slick effects.

Is the tune a mod or a stream ? Anywhere I can download it from ?
