Again one of my all time favorites, excellent design and cool effects. This demo has damn wicken soundtrack, not for faint hearted :)

certainly one of the most evil soundtracks of the decade. Some cool effects in here aswell. The metal tunnel is my favourite. Nice idea to have animated backdrops also. Adds a great deal of life to some of the scenes.

I can't really put my finger on it, but there's definately something that makes this demo come alive, and I've got a hard time figuring it out as it's mostly a sequence of effects with the ugliest textures I've seen ever. Still it makes an impression.

simply the classic. i saw this demo over 100 times on really different parties / events / evenings. the best demo soundtrack ever and overall atmosphere. the only bad thing is i didn't watched it online at the party'95...

CLASSIC time , this is the first demo i ACCEPTED of the new breed , amazing stuff and it was my NUMBER one demo until THE GATE came.
i wonder why this demo is so short and has that weird ending btw :-)
ps: this demo was remade for pc 4 months or so later and released at TG , i havent seen it other than on the bigscreen (at tg) and imho the amiga version was better but then again i saw it only once..

Never been a big fan of CNCD and this demo in particular. Somehow, at that time, i missed this demo (didn't this need a 68030 or something?). Maybe that's why i can't really get the same feeling as others or judge how revolutionary it was at time of release (if it was revolutionary at all). The music certainly isn't my taste and i'm wondering if i'm the only one seeing ugly colors and textures...? Great pixel work though and certainly cool effects. With a different soundtrack and other colors, this could have worked for me. But as it is, it seems to work for a lot of people so i'll shut up already :)

I can't believe they did so astounding effects in 1995! Really impressive!

Personally I think this is one of the best Amiga demos all time! A clear 5/5 rate!

True classic! 3 pass c2p + 2 blitter pass copyspeed 030 makes this interesting.. The 2x2 with colour+black bitplane trick is invented by an unknown Cadaver coder. Still one of my favorite classics.

This demo came with a new breath, animated background, damn soundtrack, big object and a strange atmosphere.
For me it's quite like Mental Hangover which mark a new area, Closer is the same.
Only bad point for me : the industrial "black" atmosphere, but it's just a question of taste.
Anyway a REAL classic

a great demo overall but what i especially love are those sparkles on the env mapped 3d and the rendered text animations.

imho, i really dont like that fake screenmode, i'm very sorry, but it hurts my eyes :(
The effects are really, really good, the sound and graphics look and sound topnotch, but my eyes can't really get satisfied with such a colourless screenmode on all effects. I know this one is loved by many amigasceners and that it probly broke some grounds codewise, but I just can't be impressed when all the colourfull effects, as amiga is, is turned so grey.
Sorry, I can only throw a 3/5 for this cncd classic, It simply doesn't do me right :(

The effect in screenshot 4 is a gem! Looks like some kind of move table, but too fast
