First I thought I was looking at a PC 1-4k intro... but then the sync action told me: AAAMIIIGAAAHHH!

I just love it. And I still don't get how one can pit so many things in just 4k (even compressed). As you can't rely on a huge stock of DLLs to handle the sound and graphics, like you do with a PC 4k, you have to code and include all the routines for this in the 4k :
- compression
- generation of the sound samples
- music patterns
- music replayer
- all the line and curves routines
- all the blur effects
- all the zoom and re-focus effects
- all the synchro work
- and last but not least, the demo's storyboard
(And there are probably many more things to be listed here, like a loader and an exiter, etc.)
Really a true masterpiece. Both technically and artistically.
@z5
Here are two nice videos of this 4k :
- shot live from the democompo, with the crowd becoming crazy : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HF3m2soiSdY
- WinUAE output (sadly with an average sound, IMO) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFs5svKwp24
- Real Amiga Output (with an even worse sound) : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvjG1SXd5dE

last years blueberry intro was jawdroppingly well executed in both catchy sound and wonderfull eyecandy, so what happens this year ? blueberry and maytz goes even further and tops the very best 4k ever released on amiga by themselves. so impressive what this man can do, simply amazing stuff. this is a "must" see, coz pictures do not do this piece of art justice, wow

This impressed me on various levels. Love the visuals, the music, the synch, the attention to detail, the colors,... There's a certain softness in the rendering on screen which makes it look like a higher end (pc) 4k. I love the line drawing parts the most.
From the readme, i've got the impression that the amiga acts more like a streamer of (bit)data generated by the pc. Is that correct or a far too simplified interpretation of the readme?
Conclusion: a superb 4k!

Really makes me feel like not coding on the amiga anymore, as anything I do will never be this awesome :)
