apparently the newest header files (v3.9) are online in the "ndk3.9.lha" package at http://www.amiga.com/3.9/download/

just to finally stop the quest for the include files.

When the NDK disappeared at the amiga website, it became a bit hard to find it. Luckily someone made a backup and put it on his website. Grab it while it is there.
