Without the tune, i would give it a 3/5. With the tune, it's a 4/5, because the beautiful AHX tunes by Jazzcat are just AMAZING and add so much to this intro. And ofcourse there is Slayer, one of the best graphicians around on the Amiga scene. But it is an intro, so Slayer's work is restricted. Conclusion: one i keep rewatching for atmosphere and music.

nice design and effects, and the music...the music....so fucking good!!!

hmm.. how did I miss this release the first time around? Anyway, a cool intro. The wobbly 3d tunnel was really cool and also the effects were rather fast in general. (64 colours?). The lensflare tunnel was also nice..

Jazzcat's AHX soundtrack blows off my head! codework is also smooth and fast, that's why i think it's one of the best Polish amiga 64k intros (mainly beacuse music). Sadly Kiero(wnik) made only two 68k intros...

a loadertune, great logo by slayer, some beautiful scenes and one of the best chiptunes i`ve ever listened to... wow!

What'a ?!! Madbart's support (shit 3d objects) ? Heh... it's a... no.... no comments. Intro isn't bad but 3d objects. heh... how long that man (Madbart) will created that shit. no.. no... I'm still in my opinion about all *lazyworking* by Madbart/Appendix ^. I remember YOU! FUCK YOU!

Maybe i was a bit harsh in my first comment. There are some very neat effects in here, especially the tunnels and the greetings part (which i find fab). Those grey scaled 3D scenes take away some of the fun for me, but in the end, it's an excellent intro which i enjoy rewatching.

On a side note, this intro was, if i remember correctly from the end-scroller, was almost completely coded in C, with only a small part in assembler.

This Demo is very nice, but the music could be a little bit better. And nice it runs on GFX Boards aswell as on plain AGA systems, wich is indeed a nice feature, great work :O)

kiero, slayer and freaking jazzcat, this intro is actually quite a stunner, but i must say that jazzycat is the one remembered here, simply bcoz he delivered one of the best tunes ever!!! created. 3d stuff and effects are top notch for an intro, but the music, oh my god electric city tune is one of my forever spinetingling, loving my miggy, kinda tunes, its just sooo absolutely wonderfull, if nothing else at least grab this little download for the best tune ever created on amiga.....i know i suck, but the tune itself deserves a 5/5 its just that good

Just rewatched this intro today - I haven't watched it for a loong time. It's really nicely executed, and I have the rare pleasure of expressing that I actually like a chiptune - which is seldom the case. All in all a job well done with this intro.

comment by madbart on 08 January 2015

I just see those all response for a first time :) I like this intro as well.

femel: I love you too! ;> a lot!
