Did somebody manage to run this properly in Winuae. I had to exclude quite a few scenes from the screenshots because they mess up completely in Winuae so any tips on how to run this properly would be great :)

On true Blizzard 1260/50 it runs quite well and the sound is much better than at the party (-ahi enables soundcard output). Dont know what happend during the compo, here the sound is ok!

I like the mood and style but for me "amsterdam blessings" still rocks more. I know its very hard to break the own standards especially if they were so high. Respect & Thanks to all guys involved in this good production though!

z5: with new archive which will be uploaded to undergrunt (or already is) i attached uae config which should make it run fine (taken from starstruck). probably problems with fpu emulation (no, i didn't steal tbl's code:)

comment by z5 on 14 April 2007

@kiero: it worked just now. You need to select 68020+fpu instead of 68040. Screenshots of the missing parts will be added asap.

And to run setpatch

great looking glow effect! also some nice graphics here and there. Streaming music instead of module is also a good idea. Makes life a lot easier when all musicians are using pc.

I love the 3dobjects - background pic interaction.
All over graphics were very nice and a great modeling effort.
the ahi output was fine at home.
If they had just pumped up the audio rec level in a second recording run.

Well, it deserved to win the compo, but I find it hard to put the word "groundbreaking" into my mouth. Same design as usual, but everything looks quite nice so it's definitely worth checking out.

@z5: final version and video (non-realtime, proper sound) was uploaded at untergrund few days ago, so please change the links. Thx.

@kiero: done.

Enjoyed the atmosphere a lot. Everythings looking and sounding very good with some awesome looking 3d scenes.
It's not as packed with graphics and abrupt changes in music etc as some other MWI prods, and thats probably what I enjoyed most here. Thumbs up!

comment by SaphirJD on 25 April 2007

Was a nice one :)

Some really cool scenes in this demo. Especially like the meta balls. Hopefully they will be pushing TBL quality next year.

comment by z5 on 09 August 2007

Added a whole bunch of additional screens today... huray!

Tried WinUAE 1.4.3 and 1.3.1 using my normal and the supplied configs, and still cannot get this demo to run in the 3D sections without graphical corruption and looking like a slideshow.

It seems to run a little faster on my 4000s KS3.1 rom, but worse with my 1200s 3.0 rom.

I'll have to try this on my 4000 instead I think.
