Hello.

I'm trying to set up a screen to use the c2p file c2p_4rgb888_3rgb666h8_040.s from kalms for some tests, but I am not able to. What is the size of the chunky buffer and bitplanes?. And the window size?. What is the 64 colour palette that I need for HAM8 TC? Is the palette the same for any picture in this format?

Can anyone give me a detailed explanation, please?

Thanks in advance.

I guess that's something a bit similar to what I used before. In which case for a regular sized screen the bitplane width is 640 pixels and chunky buffer 220 pixels. The C2P converts 11 chunky pixels to 32 bitplane pixels skipping one of the blue components.
With that C2P you don't need a palette but you need to set the HAM control bitplanes to have an RGB pattern skipping the blue at the end of every longword.
