I really need to share with the world that I am finally back on a genuine a1260 o/. So future development will be a combination of using Amiga Forever on my laptop and then of course also using the real thing as I find it completely impossible to optimize 060-stuff in an emulated environment. Not a bad way to end the year, I'd say!

Congrats. I can recommend putting a 4GB (or larger?) CF card with PFS3 aio filesystem on it. Really quick boot if you stick to mostly standard WB. Just did that to mine.

Right now it's a 2 GB CF card, which was already in the machine, but I do have a 4 GB card around, which I bought on Amikit. If I remember correctly,it's indeed the pfs they put on it.

Well, the really funny thing is that it is actually MY own old Amiga that somehow returned back to me. I sold it to Kollaps years ago. He sold it to Farfar who has then had the machine for a few years. I got it back from him, so you could say that the circle has closed regarding this Amiga :). But Magic, it sounds like a great piece you got yourself there - has probably been dangerously expensive?! Regarding Revision, I have retired myself from the compos there. Too tired of the Easter stress so I aim for other parties out there. It's unfortunately also unlikely that I'll even attend Revision in 15. However, miracles do happen sometimes but it looks like a sofasceening event for me...
