Dear all,

after a few experiments with the 68k-cousin of the Amiga, the SEGA Megadrive, I was loosely considering giving a try at the Amiga AGA.

My question is : do you guys have an open-source, written in C, 3D engine that would target the AGA (or not) and the 040/060 to recommend ? Or does this exists only in fearytales ? :)
I'm looking for an engine that does the usual stuff, matrix transformation, vertices/faces rendering, texturing would be awesome....

Any pointers/url/comments would be appreciated, thanks for your help.

eyh psyklubben/shockwave is probably our old demo repository. What is in there for 3d was never really optimized (still isn't), but was used to draw some rotating robots and landscapes. It was my plan to make everything readable and nice after getting tired of 100% assembly.

I used it in this demo : http://ada.untergrund.net/?p=demo&i=731 (the zooming eye at the start and the robot)
And this scene was drawn using it : http://www.pvv.ntnu.no/~espenamo/lux_newschool.png
(using bilinear dithered filtering)

It can't import straight from Lightwave/3d studio or anything advanced.

There's also Karate. I don't think the 3d engine source is available but there seems to be a plugin sdk.
