It looks like we are going to party in Bingen for yet another easter, Breakpoint 2010 has been announced. Time to get those new routines ready.

Time to book some cheap flighttickets perhaps? Seems it possible to get a roundtrip to Frankfurt for around 1500 DKK. Not sure if I'll release something this year though. I'm working on another little gaycolourscheme dentro, but I don't see it as competition material.

Already bp2010... time flies. BP09 was better than i expected, release wise, so i'm curious to see what this year brings.

Hopefully, Jamie will be able to finish his demo. That would be smashing. And TBL returning with an amiga demo would be all kinds of awesome (it's been nearly 4 years since Starstruck). And Ephidrena returning with a kick-ass amiga demo, with graphics by Cheetah. And Unique doing another demo. And Tulou and Focus design, Moods and Britelite with 6 productions this time, Nature and traktor, Elude ofcourse, Loonies and maybe some new group (expecting something from Y-crew) and those who i've forgotten.

anyway, time to wake up :)

@corial: there's still time... :)

May I add that ADA should also contribute with another release, yes?

Let's put it that way: I hate to attend a party empty handed :)

I second d0DgE. Empty handed partying is the pits!

Ok, the first bytes have been written. Now all we need is...SPARETIME!

Same here, but I'll favour a style that Smash once brought up:

Do an hour or two if possible every day instead of looong exhausting coding sessions.

@Dodge. Yeah, that's also what I am doing. Having a 1½ year old highly energetic son does not leave me with the opportunity to sit and code all day long anymore. Anyway there's still time to do some stuff before Breakpoint, and we will try to finish another FD production. Optima is also motivated again, so it really should be possible for us old farts to get something ready.

Hmm, maybe I should try that as well. Though I usually don't find long coding sessions particularly exhaustive. It takes some time for me to get going, and then I don't want to stop again. :)

In the end, i hope you all will make some kickass demos, be it for breakpoint, datastorm or whatever reason! Demos rule!

z5, are you going to come to BP this year? It might be your last chance to experience BP.

Website and official announcement is up: Breakpoint.

Seems it's definately the last Breakpoint. Even more reason to do some stuff, kick ass one more time and go out with a bang :)

Yep, we need to make the last one count. As demo-party series goes Breakpoint will be hard to beat.

Maybe we should start making bets on how many productions Britelite will release this year?

Hopefully, dodke will do a new demo. Last years unique bp demo was hot. If only he would start working on it a bit earlier than at the party (like last year), gods knows how good his demo could turn out.
